UX and Data-Driven Optimization • Performance LP

As a Product Designer focused on UX, data, and conversion, I led a continuous improvement process on the consignment product's main landing page. The initiative was based on behavioral analysis, heat maps, media metrics, and validated hypotheses. With this, we redesigned the page structure to eliminate friction, increase clarity, and amplify the impact of value arguments. The result was a significant improvement in conversion rates and qualified engagement, proving that data-driven decisions generate real progress when applied strategically and with a focus on the user.
