With a data-driven, user-centric approach, I led the complete restructuring of PB Consignado's homepage. The initiative stemmed from the need to align the brand's communication with its new phase of expansion, address recurring usability bottlenecks, and update content in light of the evolving product portfolio.

Based on robust analysis, including Google Analytics data, usability analysis, market benchmarks, and alignment with strategic objectives, I identified critical friction points and opportunities for improvement. Based on this diagnosis, I defined and implemented a new navigation and layout architecture, prioritizing clarity, accessibility, performance, and conversion. The result was a more efficient and competitive digital solution aligned with the real needs of users and the business.
